We work hard to get your bracket order shipped out from our location in Rigby, Idaho within 1-4 business days. For the solid wood floating shelves on our site, turn around time on those is 4 weeks. If you would like your order expedited of if you prefer a different carrier, please message us.

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or if you decide to cancel your order, please contact us and we will take care of it.
